Directions:
Use an adhesive remover wipe (sold separately) to remove any adhesive residue from previous wear. Clean and dry skin. Apply a skin barrier wipe (sold separately) and allow it to dry. Follow the instructions in the back of the package to apply the patch.

How To Apply LibraSeal™
Step 1
REMOVE ADHESIVE RESIDUE
Use one of the included SealRemove™ Adhesive Remover Wipes to remove any adhesive residue from your previous wear.
Step 2
PREPARE YOUR SKIN
Clean & dry your skin. Apply one of the included SealPrep™ Skin Barrier Wipes around the application area and allow it to dry.
Step 3
REMOVE CENTER TABS
While holding the tabs on the edges, carefully peel of the center tabs to reveal the adhesive.
Step 4
PLACE IT OVER SENSOR
Place the center of the adhesive patch directly over the center of the sensor and rub it gently.
Step 5
PEEL OFF SIDE TABS
Gently remove the side tabs to expose the adhesive edges.
Step 6
PEEL CLEAR FILM. SMOOTH PATCH
Lastly, remove the protective clear film and gently press on the patch to remove any air or bubbles.

Before applying the patch, make sure your skin is clean and completely dry, with no oils or lotions that could affect adhesion. Remove any adhesive residue from previous wear using the included MirTouch® SealRemove™ Adhesive Remover Wipe(s). For best results and easier removal, you may choose to shave any hair around the sensor area if needed. Finally, apply one of the included MirTouch® SealPrep™ Skin Barrier Wipes and allow it to dry before applying any adhesive device to your skin.
Once your skin is prepared for a secure, long-lasting bond, apply a MirTouch Adhesive Patch to further secure the sensor to your arm. Follow the step by step instructions in this video. SealPrep™ can also be used to prepare skin for applying other adhesive devices such as insulin pumps.
When it’s time to remove the patch, gently lift an edge and peel it away in the direction of hair growth to help reduce discomfort. To make removal easier and gentler, use one of the included MirTouch® SealRemove™ Adhesive Remover Wipes. Apply the wipe to the edge of the adhesive patch. Gently peel the patch away while continuing to apply the wipe along the adhesive edge. Use the wipe to remove any remaining adhesive residue from the skin.

What are the wipes for?

Are these patches waterproof?
Yes! LibraSeal™ patches are designed to be waterproof, helping keep your CGM sensor secure during showers, swimming, and everyday activities. For best results, ensure the patch is applied to clean, completely dry skin and the edges are firmly pressed down.
How do I apply the patch to my sensor?
In short, first, clean and dry the skin around your sensor. For best results, use a SealPrep™ wipe and allow the skin to dry completely. Remove the backing from the LibraSeal™ patch, carefully position the opening over your CGM sensor, and smooth the patch onto your skin, pressing down the edges to help ensure a secure fit. Follow the full instructions provided in the back of the packet or watch one of our vides on this page.
Can this be used with sensitive skin?
The MirTouch® Seal System™ is designed with skin comfort in mind. However, individual skin sensitivities vary, and some people may experience irritation from adhesives or skin prep products. If you have sensitive skin, test the products on a small area first and discontinue use if irritation occurs.
Can I use LibraSeal™ with any CGM brand?
LibraSeal™ is specifically designed for FreeStyle Libre sensors, although many users have happily used it with their Dexcom as well. For other CGM brands, please choose a compatible adhesive patch designed for your device. SealPrep™ and SealRemove™ wipes can be used independently with other CGM sensors, adhesive patches, and insulin pumps.
