Return/Refund Policy

  • If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full credit or refund for up to 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • PLEASE NOTE: we may not be able to accept returns on opened packages for select items (ex. supplements) due to their sensitive medical nature. For any questions please contact us.

Return instructions

  • Before you submit a return request, please report any damaged, missing, short dated, or wrong items to our customer service team via our contact us form. We will do our best to resolve any issues immediately.
  • Should you need to “cancel” an order before shipment please contact us immediately.

Submit a return request

Click the profile icon in the store's menu, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.

  1. Log in to your account: 
    a. In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
    b. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
    c. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
  2. Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.
  3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  5. Click "Request return".

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.


International returns

While we are happy to process international shipments we do not cover the international return postage and that the buyer will be responsible for all associated costs.


Manufacturer warranty

All registered products are subject to manufacturer’s warranty. We encourage you to register your products as soon as you receive them in order to qualify for our 1 year warranty program.
